At this time Alain Baudot(full professor humanities and of French, director of the programme of control in studies French, directing of the programme of control in translation, director - founder of the Group of research in French-speaking studies and editions of Gref, chairman of the board of the Living room of Book of Toronto, launched a challenge to the participant of everyone.

Veiled: "to write a text of five hundred words to more treating increasing tension enters inevitable universalization and the resurgence of particularisms.

This text can take the form of a test, a poem, a tale, dune fable, of a short news, a riddle, a song, a comic strip... écrivains, chercheurs, intellectuels, we work all and all in the urgency: the future of the next generations depends on our writings, our decisions, our acts "

All the texts were joined together in a volume prefaced by Alain Baudot, who became the book of the Living room. The great meeting of the French-speaking writers was an enthusiastic and ambitious project.

It succeeded in creating literary friendships for the life.
It is grace has the spirit of Mrs Christine Dumitriu Van Saanen who (as said Jean Malavoy, the chief of the program of the Trilliul Foundation of Ontario)
" even it does not have a drop of free Ontarian blood. Ontario runs in her veins". The écrivaine knew to join together the French-speaking spirit to make beat the heart of the francophonie in the town of Toronto (particularly of English expression).

And, to quote the same Jean Malavory is the „francophonie”  what it that? "a relation between pleasure and oneself and the others, they is the keys of a kingdom, it is a supplement to be, not to have more but to be more.

It is an indefinable happiness " It is very beautiful that!

It also granted interview for the Radio of Toronto and “Gazette of Toronto”.

Like citizen and writer , I have the good practice all to filter  all the things by my ethnic membership. And because we, the Romanians, are of Latin origin and that Romania is the only island of romanity in the south-east of Europe, our deep solidarity of heart, spirit and blood with the French-speaking people seems to me justified.

It is true that we are passing by one crucial moment of the configuration of the map of the world. Perhaps universalization is it only one “persecuting apprehension”, as said Maurice Blanchot - or a serious danger for the national identity.

When I saw that the young people of our country imitate the style of the singers of rap, know well their texts, rather often afflicting, and that they do not read any more the traditional or modern Romanian poets, at this time I became a little sick of melancholy.

Many people have an immense fear of globalization: they are afraid to be swallowed, choked and standardized… To the wire of the centuries, the Romanians were subjected to other attempts at strokes of the : the migrant people, the Slavic ones, the Tartares ,  after  this , the Habsbourgs which occupied during nearly two centuries a half of Romania, Transylvania, the richest area and most powerful  country.

Then came, in a quite particular form, the Soviets. They occupy today of old Rumanian territories on which the large castles built with the Middle Ages by Romanian prince Stefan Cel Mare.

But all that is only one vain test to absorb a language and people, because finally the language remained, the literature, it, exists, distinct and personal.

Then, the danger of the globalization and also the infiltration with brutality and without understanding of the neologisms and the concepts are only momentary phenomena - until the arrival of next Empire and the next dangers…
